These Terms govern all purchases made on tryalnaturale.com (the “Website”) by consumers and business customers. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them. Contact: info@tryalnaturale.com.
Products are sold by the operator of the Website (the “Seller”). For consumers, these Terms are supplemented by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and Legislative Decree 70/2003 on electronic commerce. Only adults aged 18 or over may place orders.
The Website sells natural and herbal products, herbal teas, food supplements, essential oils, natural cosmetics and related items. Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible but may differ slightly from the actual product, for example in packaging.
Prices are in euro and include Italian VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before you confirm the order. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place the order. In case of an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel the order free of charge.
To order, add products to the cart, enter your details, choose shipping and payment methods and click the order button, which carries an obligation to pay. Before confirming, you can review and correct your order. The contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation email, which includes a summary of the order and these Terms. We may refuse an order if a product is unavailable; in that case any amount paid is refunded within 14 days.
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and may include credit and debit cards, PayPal and bank transfer. Card payments are processed by certified payment providers; we never see or store your card details. For bank transfer, the order is shipped after the payment is received.
We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery times shown on the Website are estimates and usually run from the moment the order is confirmed or, for bank transfer, from receipt of payment. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place within 30 days of the order. The risk of loss passes to you when you or a person you designate receives the goods. Please check the package on delivery and note any visible damage on the courier’s delivery slip.
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason (Articles 52-59 of the Consumer Code). To do so, send a clear statement to info@tryalnaturale.com, including your name, order number and the products concerned.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to (Article 59 of the Consumer Code):
Consumers are entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery (Articles 128-135 septies of the Consumer Code). If a product is defective, damaged or not as described, contact us at info@tryalnaturale.com with your order number and, if possible, photos. You may request repair or replacement at no cost or, where this is not possible, a price reduction or termination of the contract. Products must be used and stored according to the label; the guarantee does not cover expired products or products stored improperly.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure or events beyond our control, nor for damage resulting from use of products contrary to the label, the warnings or professional advice. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where this is not allowed by law, including liability for defective products and the rights of consumers under the Consumer Code.
All Website content, including texts, images, logos and graphics, belongs to the Seller or its licensors and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.
Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy above.
For complaints, write to info@tryalnaturale.com; we aim to reply within 7 working days. Consumers may also use an out-of-court dispute resolution (ADR) body under Articles 141 ff. of the Consumer Code.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, and consumers resident in another EU country keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. For business customers, the courts of the Seller’s registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. Each order is governed by the version in force when the order is placed.
